Candy Granados is an Instructional Designer, Learning Partner and Workshop Facilitator with over 20 years of experience in the field of workplace learning and development. She has managed large-scale organizational learning implementation programs in the industries of telecommunications, consumer electronics, general insurance, shared services and business process outsourcing. She leads the design, development and execution Next Class programs ensuring consistent experience for our clients, learners and partner facilitators.
TET DIMAR-CANLAS
Tet Dimar-Canlas has over 20 years of experience in corporate leadership, specializing in Global Workforce Optimization, Process Engineering, and Consulting. Having managed global teams, she is now dedicated to helping Filipino entrepreneurs resolve compliance and accounting challenges through her long-standing legacy accounting firm. Her operational expertise is infused in the way we operate in Next Class, as she leads its administration and financial management.
